Centre for Chinese Contemporary Art (CFCCA) is a unique art gallery and venue which leads the UK in exploring Chinese contemporary culture through a year-round programme of socially engaged exhibitions, events and artist residencies.
Their internationally connected work features collaborations with emerging and established artists and provides a space for conversation, debate and cross-cultural exchange. An eclectic events and engagement programme further explores exhibition themes and includes practical workshops, film screenings, informal talks and performances.
The CFCCA shop specialises in beautifully designed eco products and stocks a wide range of local artists and independent makers. Exclusive Artist Edition prints are often available from a selection of collaborative artists.
Take the Metrolink to Shudehill. A brief two minute walk, heading up Shudehill and crossing the road onto Thomas Street will lead you to CFCCA – just a few doors up Thomas Street on the left.
